edwardian christmas 2016

The Sauk County Historical Society hosted "An Edwardian Christmas" at the historic Van Orden Mansion in Baraboo at 531 Fourth Ave.  The mansion was full of merriment with 12 real Christmas trees decorated to their 2016 theme "A Sauk County Christmas".  Our Harrisburg Troy Historical Society had been invited to participate in decorating one of the rooms (the master bedroom) to our theme of Christmas in the Classroom. See some pictures below!  It was beautiful!

Our set up crew: Joyce Sorg, Jan Filip, Ruth Lohr, Carol Anderson, Nathan Anderson and Dave Lohr.
We had a side display that was specific to our little white school house.
